# Submit Tool Result

`POST /api/v1/chat-ai/conversations/{conversation_id}/tool-result`

## Request

Submit a tool result (e.g. user's ask_user selection) and resume streaming.

This endpoint:
1. Validates ownership
2. Finds the pending ask_user tool call on the last assistant message
3. Marks it completed and records the result
4. Constructs a ToolMessage and resumes the LangGraph agent
5. Streams the continuation via SSE (same event format as send_message)

- `conversation_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- ToolResultRequest: Schema for submitting a tool result (e.g. user's ask_user selection).
  - `tool_call_id` string, required: OpenAI tool_call_id from the AIMessage
  - `tool_name` string, required: Name of the tool (e.g. ask_user)
  - `result` object, required: Structured result, e.g. {"selected_id": "opt1", "selected_label": "Option A"}
