Send the requesting user a faithful copy of one recipient's draft.

A confidence check before the real blast: identical rendering to production,
but it mints NO tracked link, changes NO recipient/campaign state, and moves
NO counters (the CTA resolves to the untracked booking URL). Subject is
prefixed ``[Test]`` so it's obvious in the reviewer's inbox.
