# Revise a sent quote

`POST /api/v1/quotes/{id}/revise`

## Request

Spawns a new DRAFT version cloned from the SENT version. Use when the customer asks for changes (party size went from 100 to 80). Scope: quotes:write.

  - `revision_notes` string, required: Visible to the customer in the new version's email.
