# Cancel a quote

`POST /api/v1/quotes/{id}/cancel`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Marks a non-terminal quote CANCELLED. Cannot cancel ACCEPTED, CONVERTED, or already-CANCELLED quotes via API. Scope: quotes:write.
