Positions certified by the U.S. Department of Labor on labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B specialty-occupation workers - and the H-1B1 (Chile, Singapore) and E-3 (Australia) programs that file the same form - at Georgia worksites, by federal fiscal year: the job slots DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) certified, with the positions requested and the number of applications decided. Statewide by case outcome, occupation group and visa program, and by the county of the LCA's first worksite. From OFLC's LCA program disclosure data, FY2020 through the third quarter of FY2026. An LCA precedes the H-1B petition and the cap lottery: certified positions are not visas issued or workers hired.

**Filterable categorical columns** (comma-separated values union; multiple columns AND together):
- `case_status` — one of: `all`, `certified`, `certified_withdrawn`, `certified_withdrawn_earlier_year`, `withdrawn`, `denied`
- `occupation_group` — one of: `all`, `software_developers`, `other_computer_mathematical`, `architecture_engineering`, `management_business_finance`, `education_health`, `other`
- `visa_class` — one of: `all`, `h1b`, `h1b1_chile`, `h1b1_singapore`, `e3_australia`

**Detail levels available:** counties, states (default: `states`)

**Year coverage:** 2020–2026 (7 years, no gaps)

**NULL handling:** zero is a real value.

- `year_min` integer, nullable: Inclusive lower bound
- `year_max` integer, nullable: Inclusive upper bound
- `district_code` string, nullable: Comma-separated list of GOSA district codes (e.g. `601,602`)
- `school_code` string, nullable: Comma-separated list of GOSA school codes. Combine with `district_code` for unique school keys.
- `county_fips` string, nullable: Comma-separated list of 5-digit county FIPS codes (e.g. `13121,13067`)
- `tract_geoid` string, nullable: Comma-separated list of 11-digit census tract GEOIDs (e.g. `13121011100`)
- `block_group_geoid` string, nullable: Comma-separated list of 12-digit census block group GEOIDs (e.g. `131210111001`)
- `demographic` string, nullable: Comma-separated demographic codes (e.g. `all,black,hispanic`)
- `detail` string, nullable: Detail level (whatever the topic publishes — e.g. schools, districts, counties, or states).
- `limit` integer, nullable: Page size
- `offset` integer: Page offset
- `columns` string, nullable: Comma-separated output columns to return (fact columns plus joined dimension attributes). Defaults to all.
- `format` 'json' | 'csv' | 'parquet': Response format: json | csv | parquet
