Immigration-court cases with a Georgia address of record, filed October 1997 through 1 August 2026, from the case database the Executive Office for Immigration Review posts monthly and the Deportation Data Project processes to one row per case. Counts of cases filed, cases decided, and decided cases that ended in a removal order, the share of decided cases ordered removed, and the average days from filing to decision, by calendar month of filing, EOIR's recorded sex, custody status, whether the latest hearing was in absentia, and nationality at state level; annual totals by county of record and custody status. The county of record of a detained respondent is the detention center's county.

**Filterable categorical columns** (comma-separated values union; multiple columns AND together):
- `month` — one of: `all`, `01`, `02`, `03`, `04`, `05`, `06`, `07`, `08`, `09`, `10`, `11`, `12`
- `custody` — one of: `all`, `detained_throughout`, `never_detained`, `released`

**Detail levels available:** counties, states (default: `states`)

**Year coverage:** 1997–2026 (30 years, no gaps)

**NULL handling:** suppressed cells are NULL (not zero); zero is a real value.

**Source:** Executive Office for Immigration Review — Case database (posted monthly to EOIR's FOIA Library), processed by the Deportation Data Project (CC-0)
