# Read a dimension table

`GET /api/v1/_dimensions/{name}`

Paginated read of a dimension parquet. Names come from the loaded dimension contracts (e.g. `counties`, `demographics`). Narrow the read by primary-key columns: `?<pk_column>=a,b` (comma-separated, up to 200 values each).

- `limit` integer, nullable
- `offset` integer
- `columns` string, nullable: Comma-separated subset of the dimension's columns to return (defaults to all). Trims payload for pickers that need only a few of the columns.
- `format` 'json' | 'csv' | 'parquet'
