# Changes to Asynchronously deletes the BDMS.Models.Borehole with the specified id.
Permission is checked via M:BDMS.Services.IBoreholePermissionService.CanManageBoreholeAsync(System.String,System.Nullable{System.Int32}),
so admins can delete a borehole regardless of whether it is locked by another user or already in
Reviewed/Published status.
