# Working hours and paid parental leave side by side, or ranked

## Request

With `countries` (two or more): ILOSTAT mean weekly hours actually worked, OECD average annual hours actually worked (members only), and World Bank WBL paid maternity/paternity leave in days with who pays. Without: the spine ranked by `metric`. A missing metric is absent, and dropped from rankings, never zero. OECD's annual-hours series is not comparable across countries by OECD's own statement, attached to every response carrying it. Statutory minimum annual leave is not included.

- `sort` 'most' | 'fewest'
- `limit` number

## Response `200`

Rows with per-row caveats, plus an attribution block naming ILOSTAT, OECD and WBL

## Other responses

- `400`: Fewer than two countries (TOO_FEW) or an unrecognised metric (INVALID_METRIC)
- `422`: Country not on the spine (UNKNOWN_COUNTRY) or with no working-time data (NO_DATA)
