FCDO level, latest change, passport-validity and visa lines for British citizens and listed health risks (gov.uk Content API, OGL) beside the US State Department advisory level (public feed). `country` for one, `countries` for a comparison, neither for a ranking least-restricted first. GB has no FCDO block and the US no State Department block — absent with a caveat, never a made-up level. For information only; every response says so first.

## Response `200`

Both governments' advice, comparison rows, or a ranking with `excluded`; attribution names the FCDO and the State Department

## Other responses

- `400`: Fewer than two countries in `countries` (TOO_FEW)
- `422`: A country outside the spine (UNKNOWN_COUNTRY) or with no advice held (NO_DATA)
