# Statutory corporate and top personal income-tax rates, side by side or ranked

## Request

OECD Corporate Tax Statistics (combined, central, small-business rates; all 41 spine) and the OECD Tax Database's top personal income-tax rate with its threshold as a multiple of the average wage (OECD members). `countries` compares; otherwise ranked by `metric`. Statutory, not effective; not legal or tax advice, and every response says so first.

## Query parameters

- `countries` string
- `metric` 'corporateCombined' | 'corporateCentral' | 'smallBusiness' | 'pitTop' | 'pitThreshold' | 'pitMarginalAtThreshold'
- `sort` 'highest' | 'lowest'
- `limit` number

## Response `200`

Rows with `corporate` and, for OECD members, `personal` blocks, or a ranking; `caveats` first entry is the not-advice statement; attribution names both OECD flows

## Other responses

- `400`: Fewer than two countries (TOO_FEW) or an unknown metric (INVALID_METRIC)
- `422`: A country outside the spine (UNKNOWN_COUNTRY) or with no schedule (NO_DATA)
