B-READY Taxation firm-survey figures: compliance hours, e-filing and e-payment shares, audit and VAT-refund weeks, the reported effective rate (not statutory, not OECD's model). 22 of 41; outside the cohort is NO_DATA. For information only; every response says so first.

## Other responses

- `400`: A bad metric (INVALID_METRIC) or fewer than two countries (TOO_FEW)
- `422`: A country outside the spine (UNKNOWN_COUNTRY) or outside the B-READY cohort (NO_DATA)
