World Bank Remittance Prices Worldwide, newest quarter: mean total cost of sending USD 200 and USD 500, cheapest provider, providers surveyed. `from` and `to` for one corridor (with optional `amount` for a quote at the nearer band); one of them for a ranking. Unsurveyed pairs are 422 NO_DATA.

- `to` string
- `amount` number
- `sort` 'lowest' | 'highest'
- `limit` number

## Response `200`

Corridor figures (and a quote) or a ranking, with an attribution block naming RPW

## Other responses

- `400`: Neither from nor to (MISSING_PARAMS), same country (SAME_COUNTRY), or a non-positive amount (INVALID_PARAM)
- `422`: A country the survey does not cover (UNKNOWN_COUNTRY) or an unsurveyed corridor (NO_DATA)
