World Bank WBL 2026 coded reading of the statute: index, eight topic scores, grouped yes/no/partial answers and retirement ages. `country` for one profile, `countries` for a comparison, neither for a ranking by `metric`. A partial answer is kept as `{partial}`. Not legal advice, and every response says so first.

## Response `200`

A profile, comparison rows, or a ranking, with an attribution block naming WBL

## Other responses

- `400`: Fewer than two countries in `countries` (TOO_FEW) or an unknown metric (INVALID_METRIC)
- `422`: A country outside the spine (UNKNOWN_COUNTRY) or without a WBL reading (NO_DATA)
