EGDI (0–1) with its Online Service, Telecommunication Infrastructure and Human Capital components for all 41, from the biennial UN survey; the caveat names the year. `country`, `countries`, or a ranking by `index`. For information only; every response says so first.

- `index` 'egdi' | 'osi' | 'tii' | 'hci'
- `sort` 'lowest' | 'highest'
- `limit` number

## Response `200`

One country, comparison rows, or ranked rows; attribution names the UN survey

## Other responses

- `400`: A bad index (INVALID_METRIC) or fewer than two countries (TOO_FEW)
- `422`: A country outside the spine (UNKNOWN_COUNTRY)
