The settings of the installation

- SettingsModel: What the operator can switch on or off for the whole installation.
  - `EnterprisePage` boolean: Whether the header of the site links to the enterprise page
  - `BuildBox` boolean: Whether `/build` offers its text box, where there is an agent
  - `ChangeBox` boolean: Whether the Change section of the editor offers its text box, where there is an agent

## Other responses

- `204`: A response containing no body
- `401`: The token is missing.
- `403`: The token is wrong.
