# Replaces the limits, all of them

`PUT /admin/limits`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://genhttp.dev/api/v1`
- URL: `https://genhttp.dev/api/v1/admin/limits`
- Auth: none declared. Required headers: `X-Admin-Token`

They apply to what is checked next - a save, an upload, a deploy, a connection to a database - and take nothing away
that a lambda already has. Every value must be greater than zero, no tier may show more days of analytics than are
kept (a year), and the premium tier must not allow less than the free one.

## Headers

- `X-Admin-Token` string, required

## Request body

- LimitsModel: What a lambda may have and do, as the operator set it.
  - `Free` TierLimitsModel: What a lambda of one tier may have.
    - `BuildBytes` integer: What a version may come to, its code and its resources together, in bytes
    - `DataBytes` integer: The room its data may take, its database and its workspace together, in bytes
    - `Versions` integer: How many of its versions are kept
    - `Features` integer: How many features it may have open at once
    - `AnalyticsDays` integer: How many days of its analytics its owner is shown, of the year that is kept
  - `Premium` TierLimitsModel: What a lambda of one tier may have.
  - `OfflineAfterHours` integer: How long a free lambda may go without a visit or an edit before it is taken offline, in hours
  - `RemovedAfterHours` integer: How long a free lambda may go without a visit or an edit before it is deleted, in hours
  - `ShowcaseImageBytes` integer: How large the picture of a showcase entry may be, in bytes
  - `RequestsPerSecond` integer: How many requests one client may send to the lambdas in a second
  - `BuildsPerDay` integer: How many builds and changes one address may ask the build agent for in a day

## Response `200`

## Other responses

- `204`: A response containing no body
- `400`: A value is zero or less, more days of analytics than are kept, or the premium tier would allow less than the free one. Nothing was changed.
- `401`: The token is missing.
- `403`: The token is wrong.
