# Delete Task

`DELETE /v2/gt-mage/tasks/{id}`

Remove an image task (any of the three models) from your history. Does **not** refund credits.
> **Rate limit:** 30 requests/minute

- `404`: Task not found or does not belong to the authenticated user
- `409`: Sunburst / Flare task is still processing — delete it after it finishes
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
