`GET /api/v1/gems/portfolio/events`

GET /api/v1/gems/portfolio/events?days=365
Saved-gem addition markers for the portfolio chart: one event per gem
saved in the window ({date, type:"added", label, value, gemstone_id},
ascending). value = the scan-time anchor, null when no estimate existed.
Standalone while PR #53 is unmerged — can fold into
GET /gems/portfolio/history post-#53.
