`POST /api/v1/gems/feedback`

POST /api/v1/gems/feedback
Submit user feedback on scan accuracy.
Owner only: the signed-in owner, or the device that took a recent
unclaimed guest scan (LNK-THUMBS; same rule as LNK-DEVAUTH reads).

Request body:
- gemstone_id: ID of the gemstone
- is_accurate: True if scan is accurate, False if not

Returns:
- success: True if feedback was saved successfully
- message: Response message
- gemstone_id: ID of the gemstone
