`POST /api/v1/coverage/schedule/link`

## Request

Mint a signed, expiring link to this user's schedule.

A link rather than an authenticated fetch because the artifact's job is to
be opened in a browser and forwarded to an insurer.

  - `gemstone_id` integer, nullable: Omit for the whole collection
