`GET /api/v1/board/eligible`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.gemstoneaiapp.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

The caller's own saved pieces and whether each may be submitted.

Powers the "put one on the board" picker. Returns ineligible pieces too,
with the reason, because a picker that silently omits half someone's
collection reads as a bug.
