`GET /api/v1/retrieval/fields`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.gemina.co` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.gemina.co/api/v1/retrieval/fields`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - OAuth 2 (password, token URL `token`)

Observed structured field NAMES per document type (self-query catalog).

Names only — no values; tenant-scoped like every retrieval path.

- RetrievalFieldsOutDTO: Observed structured field NAMES per document type (self-query catalog). Names only — never values. Same envelope (servedAt) as the sibling retrieval endpoints.

  - `servedAtTimestamp` number
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, nullable
  - `createdAtTimestamp` number, nullable
  - `fields` RetrievalFieldItemDTO[]
    - `documentType` string, nullable
    - `field` string, required
    - `count` integer: documents in which this field appears
