Add a project field option to a project field.

## Request body

- ProjectFieldOptionManagement
  - `project_field_id` string, ObjectID, required
  - `operation` 'add' | 'remove', required: Specifies the operation on project field options: `add` or `remove`. For `remove` operations on `single_select` or `text` fields, `options` is not required. For `multi_select`, specify option values to remove.
  - `options` string[]: List of option id values. Required for `add` operations on `single_select` and `multi_select` fields. For `remove` on `multi_select`, include values to be removed.
  - `text` string: The text of the project field. Required for `add` operations on `text` fields.
