`POST /api/v1/ingest/file`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.gateco.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Upload and ingest a single file (PDF, DOCX, CSV, XLSX, etc.).

Extracts text via Docling or native parsers, then feeds through
the standard chunk -> embed -> store pipeline.
