# Get Activation Stats

`GET /api/dashboard/activation`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.gateco.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: OAuth 2 (password, token URL `/api/auth/login`)

Activation funnel metrics for internal monitoring.

Cross-org funnel steps reflect counts across all organizations in the
deployment.  Per-org stats (retrievals, latency, time-to-value) are scoped
to the authenticated user's organization.  Gated by JWT auth only — no
additional plan entitlement required.

- ActivationFunnelStats: Activation funnel metrics derived from existing DB state. Cross-org funnel steps show counts of organizations that have completed each step. Per-org metrics (retrievals, latency, time-to-value) are scoped to the authenticated organization.
