`GET /api/v1/weeklies`

Index of published weekly reports, newest first: ISO week, its Monday-to-Sunday days, headline and Gameshot link. A weekly is published each Monday at 10:00 Asia/Shanghai, compiled from the dailies dated in that week, so checking more than once a day is wasted work.
