# Reorder Annotation Templates

`POST /v2/projects/{project_id}/annotation/templates/reorder`

Reorder all annotation templates within a project.

Args:
    project_id: Project whose templates are being reordered, resolved from the URL.
    annotation_template_reorder: The full, new ordering of template IDs.
    ctx: Async request context.

Returns:
    A confirmation message.

Raises:
    GalileoServerException: 400 if the ordering omits or adds templates relative to the project's current set.

- `project_id` string, uuid4, required

## Request body

- AnnotationTemplateReorder: Request to re-order the annotation templates of a project. - Expects a list of strings where each string is the ID of a template in the project in the order we want the templates to appear in. - Expects the list to be complete list of all template IDs.
  - `ordering` string[], required
