# Remove reaction

`DELETE /v1/reactions`

Remove an emoji reaction from a pool message (reaction owner only)

## Response `200`

Reaction removed successfully.

  - `message` string, required
  - `status` number, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - missing or invalid JWT token or API key
- `404`: Reaction not found - messageId/reactionType combination does not exist for this user
- `500`: Internal server error - failed to delete reaction from database
- `default`: Shared error envelope for authentication, authorization, and service failures.
