# Flush all wallet-alias cache entries

`DELETE /v1/cache/flush/wallet-aliases`

## Request

Flush ALL cached wallet alias entries (eth| → client| resolution). Requires confirm=true (admin/overseer only)

## Query parameters

- `confirm` boolean, required

## Response `200`

Cache flushed successfully

- FlushResultDto
  - `duration` number, required: Duration of the flush operation in milliseconds
  - `flushedCount` number, required: Number of cache keys flushed
  - `target` string: Target entity that was flushed (address or tokenName)

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - confirm=true required
- `401`: Unauthorized - missing or invalid authentication
- `403`: Forbidden - user is not admin or overseer
- `500`: Internal server error - cache flush failed
- `default`: Shared error envelope returned by the application exception filter.
