# Create Aws Iam Role Binding

`POST /v1/accounts/{account_id}/awsIamRoleBindings`

## Path parameters

- `account_id` string, required

## Request body

- GatewayAwsIamRoleBinding
  - `accountId` string — The account ID that this binding is associated with.
  - `createTime` string, date-time — The creation time of the AWS IAM role binding.
  - `principal` string, required — The principal that is allowed to assume the AWS IAM role. This must be the email address of the user.
  - `role` string, required — The AWS IAM role ARN that is allowed to be assumed by the principal.

## Response `200`

A successful response.

- GatewayAwsIamRoleBinding
  - `accountId` string — The account ID that this binding is associated with.
  - `createTime` string, date-time — The creation time of the AWS IAM role binding.
  - `principal` string, required — The principal that is allowed to assume the AWS IAM role. This must be the email address of the user.
  - `role` string, required — The AWS IAM role ARN that is allowed to be assumed by the principal.
