Create a one-time Stripe Payment Intent for direct card payments with reCAPTCHA protection and pending transaction logging.

## Request body

- object
  - `amount` number, float, required: Charge amount in the selected currency.
  - `currency` string: Three-letter ISO currency code.
  - `appId` string, required: Application identifier tied to the purchase.

  - `recaptchaToken` string, required: Google reCAPTCHA v3 token to prevent abuse.
