`POST /integrations/plaid/sync/{connectionId}`

Sync transactions from a bank connection (rate limited to once per 6 hours)

## Path parameters

- `connectionId` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `appId` string, required: Application ID (required for subscription validation)
  - `forceSync` boolean: Override rate limiting (admin only)
  - `daysBack` number: Days of transactions to fetch (default 7)

## Response `200`

Sync results
