`GET /tracer/feed/issues/{cluster_id}/root-cause/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Secret-Key`

Read cached deep-analysis results for a single trace within the
cluster. The frontend hits this on mount (to show existing results)
and polls it after a POST to /deep-analysis/ until ``status`` flips
from ``running`` to ``done`` or ``failed``.
