Duplicate a widget.

  - `query_config` object: Saved query in the same shape as the dashboard query request: time_range and metrics are required once any metric is set, with optional workflow, project_ids, granularity, filters, and breakdowns.
  - `chart_config` object: Chart presentation. chart_type must be one of line, stacked_line, column, stacked_column, bar, stacked_bar, pie, table, or metric.
  - `created_by` string, uuid, nullable
  - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `updated_at` string, date-time
