`POST /simulate/run-tests/{run_test_id}/rerun-test-executions/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`
- URL: `http://localhost:8000/simulate/run-tests/{run_test_id}/rerun-test-executions/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Secret-Key`

Rerun multiple test executions (either evaluation only or call + evaluation).
All call executions within each test execution are rerun.

## Request body

- TestExecutionRerun
  - `rerun_type` 'eval_only' | 'call_and_eval', required: Type of rerun: evaluation only or call plus evaluation
  - `test_execution_ids` string[]: List of specific test execution IDs to rerun
  - `select_all` boolean: Whether to rerun all test executions in the run test
