## Request

  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Secret-Key`

Non-terminal per-call status ping (currently only ``ongoing``): the
SDK marks a pre-created PENDING row ONGOING the moment its call starts,
so the UI shows progress instead of PENDING → terminal. PENDING-gated in
the service, so a late ping never clobbers a result that already landed.
