# GET /agentcc/spend-summary/

`GET /agentcc/spend-summary/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`
- URL: `http://localhost:8000/agentcc/spend-summary/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Secret-Key`

Returns aggregated spend data so the gateway can seed budget counters
on startup.  Authenticated by admin token (not user JWT).

GET /agentcc/spend-summary/?period=monthly
