`GET /agentcc/gateways/{id}/providers/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`
- URL: `http://localhost:8000/agentcc/gateways/{id}/providers/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Secret-Key`

Stateless proxy to the Go gateway (configured via env vars).
No DB model — returns a virtual singleton gateway with live health.
