`POST /accounts/organizations/create/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`
- URL: `http://localhost:8000/accounts/organizations/create/`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Secret-Key`

For users who were removed from their org and want to start fresh.
Only accessible to authenticated users with no current organization.
