`POST /accounts/gcp-marketplace/verify-token/`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Secret-Key`

Google posts the signed marketplace token here as form data and expects a
redirect. Registered in Producer Portal, not called by our own frontend.
