# Draft a program with FUSE Copilot (AI).

`POST /api/v1/programs/copilot/draft`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-dev.fusehealth.com`
- URL: `https://api-dev.fusehealth.com/api/v1/programs/copilot/draft`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Generates a draft program for the key's clinic via the AI copilot. External LLM dependency; returns 503 when copilot is unconfigured. Write-scoped.

- `401`: Missing, invalid, inactive, or expired API key (or JWT)
- `403`: Authenticated but not permitted (insufficient scope, wrong role, or FUSE feature not enabled)
- `503`: Copilot unavailable.
