`POST /v1/agent/predicted_next`

Experimental. `base_rate` is the mean predicted probability across the scored population, NOT a validated historical event rate, and forward cohorts do not resolve until 2026-10-22 and 2027-02-19. Treat `lift` as a ranking aid, not evidence the model works.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request body is not valid JSON, or a parameter is unusable.
- `401`: No API key, or a key that is unknown, revoked or expired. A human must supply a new key; retrying will not help.
- `402`: The key's monthly unit allowance is spent. Valid key, exhausted plan — a plan change, not a new key.
- `403`: The tool exists but this key's tier may not call it.
- `404`: No such tool. Check the spelling before checking permissions.
- `429`: Per-minute rate limit exceeded. Back off and retry.
- `500`: Our fault. The call is recorded at ZERO units — we do not bill for our own failures.
