`GET /dealerships/{dealershipId}/appointments`

- AppointmentsResponse: Response containing multiple appointments with pagination info
  - `data` Appointment[], required
    - `id` integer, required: Unique appointment identifier
    - `lead_id` integer, nullable: Identifier of the lead associated with this appointment
    - `lead_name` string, nullable: Name of the lead
    - `scheduled_at` string, date-time, required: ISO 8601 scheduled date and time
    - `is_confirmed` boolean, nullable: Whether the appointment is confirmed
    - `is_shown` boolean, nullable: Whether the appointment was shown
    - `department` 'new' | 'used' | 'service', nullable: Department for the appointment
  - `pagination` Pagination, required: Pagination metadata
    - `page` integer, required: Current page number (1-based)
    - `per_page` integer, required: Number of items per page
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of items
    - `total_pages` integer, required: Total number of pages

## Other responses

- `204`: No appointments found
- `400`: Invalid query parameters
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `500`: Server error
