List of tax line items for the given sales order id

- SalesOrderTaxLineItemDto[]
  - `id` string, required: Unique id associated to this entity.
  - `description` string, nullable: Verbose description for this entity.
  - `taxCodeId` string, nullable: Tax code key identifier. Please reference /api/tax-rates endpoint.
  - `taxRate` number, double, nullable: Tax code to use for this entity. If a FulcrumProduct.PublicApi.Dto.SalesOrder.TaxLineItem.TaxLineItemDto.TaxCodeId is provided, the provided FulcrumProduct.PublicApi.Dto.SalesOrder.TaxLineItem.TaxLineItemDto.TaxRate will supercede the defined tax rate.
  - `avalaraOptions` SalesOrderTaxLineItemAvalaraOptions: Options for use with Avalara (if enabled).
    - `address` CommonAddressDto: Address definition
      - `name` string, nullable: Name of the address (Bob's Shipping, Primary, Reno Warehouse, etc).
      - `address1` string, required: Primary address line.
      - `address2` string, nullable: Second address line.
      - `address3` string, nullable: Third address line.
      - `city` string, required: Address city
      - `stateProvince` string, nullable: Address state/province.
      - `postalCode` string, required: Postal/zip code.
      - `country` string, nullable: Country identifier.
      - `phone` string, tel, nullable: Phone number.
      - `email` string, email, nullable: Email address
  - `externalReferences` object, nullable: Arbitrary key-value-pair like data that can be used to later on search for this line item.
  - `price` number, double, nullable: Tax amount applied at this rate across the entire sales order.
  - `accountingDetails` CommonAccountingDetailsDto, required: An object that contains all accounting details.
    - `classId` string, nullable: Item class identifier. Please reference /api/item-classes endpoint.
    - `incomeAccountId` string, nullable: Income account (chart of accounts) key identifier. Please reference /api/chart-of-accounts endpoint.
    - `assetAccountId` string, nullable: Asset account (chart of accounts) key identifier. Please reference /api/chart-of-accounts endpoint.
    - `expenseAccountId` string, nullable: Expense account (chart of accounts) key identifier. Please reference /api/chart-of-accounts endpoint.
    - `cogsAccountId` string, nullable: COGS account (chart of accounts) key identifier. Please reference /api/chart-of-accounts endpoint.
