# Render a PDF drawing to an image

`GET /render-pdf`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://aspicio-api.frontsail.app`
- URL: `https://aspicio-api.frontsail.app/render-pdf`
- Auth: none required

Returns the whole drawing as a PNG (default) or SVG. Use for visual questions — what the drawing looks like. For measurements and structure, prefer /describe (never measure pixels).

## Query parameters

- `src` string, uri, required
- `space` string
- `format` 'png' | 'svg'
- `width` integer
- `bg` string

## Response `200`

The rendered image

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad input (src, space, format, or bg invalid)
- `413`: PDF exceeds the 8 MB limit
- `422`: The file could not be parsed as PDF
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (per client IP)
- `502`: Fetching the src URL failed
