# Delete template

`DELETE /resources/mail/v1/configs/templates/{templateId}`

This route deletes specified email template. Select the email template using the ID of the template - which can be obtained via the **Get template** API. A vendor token is required for this route, it can be obtained from the vendor authentication route.
