Batch update multiple entitlements in a single request

## Request body

- UpdateManyEntitlementsDto
  - `entitlements` UpdateEntitlementWithIdDto[], required: Array of entitlements to update
    - `expirationDate` string, date-time: Date of entitlement expiration
    - `id` string, required: UUID string that represents the entitlement ID

## Response `200`
