# Add call transcript

`POST /channels/{channel_id}/calls/{external_call_id}/transcript`

Adds a transcript to a call in Front.

  - `lines` TranscriptLine[], required
    - `speaker_name` string, required
    - `content` string, required
    - `start_time_seconds` number, required
    - `speaker_type` 'internal' | 'external', required: internal for agent or system-side speech; external for the other party.
