`GET /v1/clients/{clientId}/notes`

## Request

Retrieve all notes for a client.

## Path parameters

- `clientId` string, required

## Response `200`

List of notes

    - `id` string: Unique identifier
    - `createdAt` string, date-time
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time
    - `content` string, required: Note content

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required or invalid API key
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (100 requests per minute)
- `500`: Internal server error
